I would have used D&D Beyond if I could unlock all content through a monthly subscription. I don't want to have to drop the full book price for all new items. Or for one class feature having to make a decision to piecemeal purchase upgrades or buy the whole book. I subscribed to the last tool...

As far as I understand it, Gestalt was only a feature of D&D 3.5e. It would basically be a Homebrew class for 5e, so I'm pretty sure the answer will be "no, and it will never be supported until it is made an official part of 5e".
