    Hasbro has been licensing their toy IPs to other toymakers more and more in the last few years. My guess is that this is part of the current "plan" on a corporate level.     Hasbro licenses out toylines more and more. Within the industry Mattel is known as a toy company that makes toys while Hasbro is known as a game company that makes toys. A lot of their action figure IPs have been acquired over the decades too.

    I know the release schedule is open right now but I'm assuming some of what the new hires are working on might not be seen until 2027 or later. I think most of us feel comfortable that we are getting Dark Sun this year.

    I really hope Hasbro/WotC gives them the same kind of freedom the original 5E team had. Just leave them alone and let them cook. The quality of their recent products is phenomenal and I am really looking forward to Dark Sun.
