I agree. I just have not seen many post in the 5 ed era that show willingness to go after the other classes like I have seen about the warlock. But again agree this is almost certainly an online thing and doesn't really occur too much in the wild.

I think a lot of player concern/pushback comes from online people seemingly licking their chops at playing "gotcha"with the warlock players. As in the patron telling the warlock "burn down that orphan or lose all your powers". Hahaha I doubt that really happens but the way some people post...it...

I wish I was smart enough and driven enough to make an awesome rpg that is getting a lot of buzz while at the same time getting money from WOTC to play D&D. I don't care if it is ads or sponsorships or whatever that is just living the dream. And they seem genuinely good folks to boot.

I wonder if it's occured to Crit Roll/Darrington to use C4 with D&D to promote Daggerheart and the other streams using Daggerheart. I know thats crazy talk.....

I watched 3 Youtubers today with high level of shock (and varying levels of dismay) over it being D&D 24. I am liking the looks of both games(I haven't be able to play either yet) so I don't care either way but the angst is fun to watch.
