I understand the sentiment. Unfortunately, we only have so much Scarred Lands budget to go around, and we need to focus where the sales are, which has been 5e. I am excited to see what folks might bring to the table for conversions though!

We do allow community creator conversions to Pathfinder via the Slarecian Vault

Hopefully at or around the same time as the official release of the final pdf. Onyx Path is working toward more virtual integration, and I know that is a major priority going into 2021.

At the moment, Gauntlet of Spiragos is the only Scaarred Lands 5e content on Fantasy grounds.

The Slitherin appear in the Scarred Lands Players Guide as both antagonists and as a playable race, as many of them have become "Redeemed" seeking peaceful coexistence with the divine races.

Everything currently available for 5e can be found at the Onyx Path DriveThruRPG store. There is also a robust Community Content program called Slarecian Vault where you can create and sell your own Scarred Lands content!

I think Changeling: the Lost might actually be a very good example of what you describe. Worth checking out the Second Edtition, if you have not done so. Scion is also absolutely urban fantasy, though with a little less emphasis on horror.
