    ZEITGEIST Cypherblade's Zeitgeist campaign

Yeah, now I think of it.... If you know your players will be alright with this, then ok (also gives them a semi-legit alternative theory as to why Saxby is so annoyed about them which might not tip them to the REAL reason...), but bear in mind this will make a lot of interviews they try to do in...

    ZEITGEIST Cypherblade's Zeitgeist campaign

@Cypherblade Did you get this answered? It's because there are TWO sets of gears: one at the "entrance" that grinds down a plane to a manageable chunk before it can pass into the Gyre ballpark, (which is why all the "entropic" planes are small and not infinite like usual extra-planar places)...

    ZEITGEIST Cypherblade's Zeitgeist campaign

Will that give too much away early on? I can't remember... (IIRC we did it as a flashback at some point but not sure)

    ZEITGEIST Zeitgeist Campaign Completed!

No problem :) You have to get a lot more into the how and why of when police forces were started in the first place (not including the magic), as technology is running at a faster pace in this campaign, but think of the era being Argy-bargy or Drunken fighting via fisticuffs was common, so were...

    ZEITGEIST Zeitgeist Campaign Completed!

Also, the PCs aren't the common or garden Police (These exist already), or recruited to philosophise on the social problems of Risur. They are allowed to have opinions on the above, if it doesn't counter protecting Risur. The normal police go round catching petty thieves, guarding things, extra...

    ZEITGEIST Zeitgeist Campaign Completed!

The part you are looking for is in the Player Handbook on the RHC. "Loyalty to Risur The RHC recruits from police, military, universities, and many other sources of talent, occasionally even accepting foreign applicants. In addition to requiring extensive background checks, recruits must...

ZEITGEIST Party splitting up to follow different threads? I need advice

Or have the B team show up a bit earlier (also played by the PCs so they aren't actually split up) and do one of the threads either as a "favour", or because they are there for partially another reason too, and then find out about how it feeds into the main PCs case...... (preferably Waryeyes...

    Eat The Monsters--Literally--With Gummyquest

Unfortunately it's looking like these are a pie-in-the-sky campaign. He's (just about) managed to print moulds for the DIY gummies, if you backed that level. And it's only half-moulds. If all anyone gets is moulds and not the gummies themselves (and apparently they're not even going to be GF)...

ZEITGEIST Needed help with The Dying Skyseer. Plus advice for a Standalone adventure.

SO more clarity on this then? "Adapting the Adventure. All the beginning Zeitgeist adventures assume the PCs are agents of the Royal Homeland Constabulary. If your players are free agents, they might be brought in as specialist investigators due to the tricky political nature of a murder at the...

Cambridge is only 2-3 hours away from Leeds. Both have red brick universities (Leeds university was the first to have a pagan chaplain) and those circles mixed very well.

D&D General What Do Tabaxi Look Like in Your Games? (A Poll)

Someone in our 5e game is playing a 1/2 Tabaxi 1/2 drow so they look like the Miqo'te Moon cats from Final Fantasy 14 btw having BOTH cat ears and humanoid ears is silly (In FFXIV the place where human ears would be is hidden by hair) Otherwise like this is more of a realistic hybrid Realistic...

ZEITGEIST Is there any more information on the RHC's "magical inquisition" for new recruits?

I think if inserted into the right backgrounds correctly the character will be a great fit, and you don't even need to involve the Ob: basically make them have some connections to the Dockers maybe? (or some other faction?) Probably recruited as a liaison or somesuch initially between the...
