The appearance of the Yith is really 2 for one, because we got the minds of the Yith, but the bodies technically belong to a sentient species that evolved on earth before humanity and that hijack by Yith minds. Makes me wonder if Polyps will be in the book as well. Also I wonder if these bodies...

I wonder if Arcana Unleashed will have other references to the Forgotten Realms, we kno2 its companion book has some kind of Gazeteer on Thay and it has a FR wizard on its cover (actually it appears to have a small red wizard on the cover as well and a tressym as well).

Yeah the Yith from what I've read are one of the most belevant species of Lovecraftian lore.

Here is a dark possibility based on lore. Her original body got destroyed and her weave ghost did not have enough time to make a new one, so she she stole the body of a black woman, perhaps a wizard of Thay, and is now wearing her body as a skin suit. Anyways I'm surprised no one is asking...

There are still odd follows in the Occult community that believe Cthulu & the Necromaticon iis real despite Lovecrafts protestations otherwise.

I think if they took Cthulu while he's already napping it could make getting him alot easier. My hope it mentions the fact that Cthulu is a priest of Azathoth, and we get options for building Clerics of Azathoth. & maybe appearances from other horrors from the extended Lovecraftian mytholose.

A wizards war really feels like it's for higher levels.

I'm fine with him having a stat block, its his master Azathoth that shouldn't have a stat block.

Honestly I think all 4 covers for the Arcana Unleashed books are some of the best they've done in ages.

I don't want to go into the dark arts that made this merger possible, let's just say it was far from my first choice and leave it at that. I just want to focus on the possibility we could get the kind of TV/Movie cross over between DCU & Star Trek that previously had only occurred in comics...
