D&D General Forgotten Realms: Real World Gods Still Present in the Old Empires

Enlil managed to block the Sundering from teleporting two big Dragonborn cities to Abier. That is not nothing given that he had no time to build his power back up to were it was in ancient times. He's had at least decade to rebuild his worship in places like Chessenta, Messemprar, Dragonborn...

D&D General Forgotten Realms: Real World Gods Still Present in the Old Empires

The answer to both your questions is Divine intervention, Enlil, Nanna-Sin, and Selune. Notice in the art is the Air Genasi Chosen of Selune is in Messemprar.

D&D General Forgotten Realms: Real World Gods Still Present in the Old Empires

Their are no ruins where Djerad Kethendi stood, what is more likely then them destroying it is that they simply forgot it existed in the first place. See it wasn't on the original 4e map, only the Capital was, the only map Djerad Kethendi appeared on, was a novels map for the Brimstone Angels...

Clearly you've never been to Mideval Times or Castle Loma in Toronto, both fun times.

Some corrections, the name Blade Kingdoms is on the Old Empires part, but the actual Blade Kingdoms are in the Vilhon Reach region, although ignored in that section. Also looked at the 4e map and the reason why Djerad Kethendi isn't on the 5e map is BECAUSE THEY NEVER PUT IT ON THE 4E MAP...

Red Wizards I think have that exiled faction that isn't automatically evil. Plus Szass Tam has no problem supporting good characters or even Harper's against a mutual enemy, so that one is easy. Modern Zhents as a whole is evil, but at the basic level they're just mercenaries that don't ask...

Interestingly enough they referred to Mulhorand as a Paradise when Comparing it to Unther. Although two major cities in Unther are functionally separate city states, the Dragonborn city, and Messemprar (which is a democracy run by Wizards).

You get loaned a Dragons egg, you don't actually do anything with it. There is NO rideable Amethyst Dragon mounts in the book at all. You get loan an egg for getting +50 rep in PDK, but what the purpose or benifit of it is, IDK because you can use it as a mount. I mean hell they could have at...

D&D General Forgotten Realms Books Tables of Contents

A little more complicated then that. The biggest city in Unther is a Democracy that refuses to bos down to Gilgeam, so that is interesting. Also a Dragonborn city survived along with villages and towns. Oh and somehow The Bladekingdoms are considered part of the Old Empires Region now. The...

A mix of both. One of their big cities survived, the other that had survived unknown, plus throughout the Old Empires Region there are Dragonborn towns and villages, which are a mix of Tymanther and Untheric cultures. Others left for other lands.

I disagree, I think ones like Spellfire Spark are far more powerful then most others. Also something weird about the Faction Origin ones, a human can end up a member of two separate factions at level 1, say Cult of the Dragon and Purple Dragon Knight because they aren't mutually exclusive...

They really should have playtested the feats and spells at the same time as Subclasses, wildly unbalanced with each other. My personal favourite Boon of Fluid Form. Also those Chosen Feats, don't exist, being Chosen appears to be purely fluff.

This makes the Deity erasure in Planescape utterly pointless. Anyways they are there, but its just enough to know they are there. Also Chessenta mentions Alien Gods, but really only mentions Tchazzar and Entropy, doesn't really detail them. Also fun fact Bladekingdoms are part of the Old...
