lol evasion isnt a feat, and by your pricing this would be an epic item..... it's give you a moderately useful feat no more powerful than the sword of cleaving. I'd use that as a base example.

there are some times where there can be no chance of failure or success. I found this becomes more true in epic play where characters shouldnt be able to be hurt by pithy little spells and magics.... the same way the epic rules recommend getting rid of the massive damage rules Hell my epic...

no as someone stated above the multiplier rules from 3e are standardized so a 2h weapon does 1.5 strength powerlunge doubles the damage from strength shen you double a 1.5 you get 2.5 according to the multiplier stacking rules. i.e. 2 things that double your movement rate actually make it...

yea i'd say you're wrong, especially at 14th level.... by then that armor should at least be magical... throw in a ring of protection a sheild an ammy of nat armor and a fighter type by 14th level should be in the 30's. 1st level wizards can easily have an ac above 20 at 1st level.
