It is not supposed to refresh your cart like that. That sounds like a technical error. Folks have been posting about that on their facebook page. Someone else had the same issue, here was there response over it. This seems like a unique issue. Please email and they will respond to your request...

I think they turn off the wishlist processing at 1pm. I am trying for some other events as well, keep refreshing and rush in when it gets back up.

While I was hoping for information about the release 5E/Next, I also was really hoping for more information about the Organized campaign(if any). However these adventures sound really fun and I hope I will be able to get in and give them a shot.
