    If you have MP, yes it does. It's a waste, though. But I don't think such a focus on DEX would be good for a samurai that doesn't dual wield. IMO, a focus on WIS would fit much better.

    A human only feat Rash Sneak Attack, which gives you an extra dice of SA at the cost of granting CA to everyone else. The powers, though, I find them to be rather lackluster.

    If this is as good as I think it is, Warlord's are officially the best class out there, because they get the key to infinite actions as soon as level 6. Then, they can find ways to regen encounter powers and go crazy.

    Doesn't look like it, which means this is an extra turn... aaaaaaaand it gives you infinite actions if you're a demigod. Yay, it can once again compete with Warmaster! :(

    That ruling is probably only for the Urgrosh, because there is exactly ZERO official ruling on the double sword et al.
