One thing to add... In the confusion right after the explosion that was the end of Ryukar, Mialain used her Twilight Stealth (new paragon power) to turn invisible, grab the Nexus and keep it away from the Beseiger until he could be dispatched.

I remember that by the end of this fight Mialain had nothing left but at will powers! Had to patch everyone up constantly!

As I remember it, Steel Slicer nearly died during this fight becoming trapped in an ice prison. Mialain had to heal her at least twice. This was yet another set of bad guys that immobilized us in some way - arrrgh! It was certainly a theme for the campaign!

High roll of the campaign = 62 Nature roll. Gotta love those exploding 6's for skill rolls!

As Mialain I had the campaign's high roll to date (53) for assisting with the ritual to close the gate to the Fey Wild. Zanne's character also rolled very well so it was a resounding success.

They've actually already played this one. :confused: Sorry! Probably. It's the same adventure. Maybe next Game Day she will do the sequel. :D

Evidently, the guardian is FEMALE according to my daughter. We caught hell for referring to it as a him. Also, on an unrelated note: Rel didn't mention that we decided to "downsize" or "reconfigure" the pack lizard, and take him with us! :eek:

Mialain the cleric ALSO went down i this fight on a nasty 19 point hit from the spine of one of the bugs. Luckily the paladin was actually conscious at this point and was able to lay hands on me :blush: Very nasty bugs! Loved how the scene in the mine elevator unfolded - very cool.

I really enjoyed the first night, too. This may have something to do with the fact that I have not been in the gaming group since before my daughter was born (over 7 1/2 years ago!), and I just enjoyed playing period. This is actually not my very first experience with 4E as we have played a...
