Uhh, anybody know what book they published information (or a website/pdf/anything) about what an Eternal Blade is? I see it used in optimized builds sometimes, but I can't seem to find it..... Anywhere.

If someone has a high(er) level character, and multiclasses, how does the BAB add? say +14/+9/+4 and you have a multiclass with +6/+1 do you add the 6 to the 14 and get +20/+10/+4 or what? Sorry if this seems elementary, I just can't seem to understand it......
