    Wolfenstein TTRPG Coming From Modiphius

But it was. Star Wars d20 and Wheel of Time are both WotC products, not to mention some of the conversions they did in Dragon here and there over the years.

    Wolfenstein TTRPG Coming From Modiphius

It's been done for years with all manner of systems. d6 with Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Ghostbusters, GURPS with a slew of fictional adaptations (Horseclans, Witch World, Discworld, etc.), Renegade (GI Joe, Transformers, etc.) and even d20/D&D (Wheel of Time, Black Company, etc.). Why wouldn't...

Renegade Announces It Will Publish Exodus Roleplaying Game in 2026

It was okay. I have the box set and one of the expansions. Ran a few sessions, but I think it missed some of the fun of older Gamma World sets and modules. Too gimmicky at points. I really wanted a good d20-based Gamma World, but the results were pretty mid and mixed.

Renegade Announces It Will Publish Exodus Roleplaying Game in 2026

Completely agree. It's disappointing that we've never truly saw a successor to Star Frontiers, and that Gamma World's products ended up as mediocre experiments.

RPG Evolution: One World, Three Games

I've run a version of my superhero campaign world for over 20 years and through at least 4 or 5 systems. The conversions are always the toughest part, but it helps me keep track of everything. Plus the added bonus of old players coming back to experience a new generation is always fun.

Secret Wars Expansion for Marvel Multiverse RPG Deets Revealed

Well, yeah, of course. But it'd be nice to see a new stream of official books hit using the d6 system. Not to mention making the rules available again in print so others can purchase it (beyond the anniversary slip case that FFG released a while back). Honestly, a fusion of the concepts might...

Secret Wars Expansion for Marvel Multiverse RPG Deets Revealed

I would rather see someone like Magnetic Press get the Star Wars license and bring it back using the d6 system. I don't mind the Genesys version, but the d6 game was easy to pick up for new players, and a blast to play.

    GURPS 4th Edition Revised Announced

I've got to agree with Ghost2020 here. I'd really like to have a few sample templates and the rules surrounding them in the core book, then have a series of template-focused books to supplement the core. Even breaking down some of the genres a bit so you have a setting book and a setting...

    GURPS 4th Edition Revised Announced

I was just reminiscing about GURPS a few days ago and started looking into 4th ed. Looks like I'll wait a bit until 4.x is made and grab the core rules for that. Back in the '90s, GURPS often served as my go-to horror system. While some may not care for the complexity, I've always leaned into...

Invincible RPG: Reviewing The Quickstart With A Comic Artist & An Author

It's criminal that Marvel Superheroes hasn't been allowed to evolve from it's original core. Sure we've seen a few clones pop up here and there, but to see the game continue in an official capacity from Marvel/TSR/WotC is a shame. The Marvel-Phile in Dragon Magazine was such a great way to...

Invincible RPG: Talking Superheroes With A Comic Artist & An Author

Nice interview, Egg. I've been a bit of a Superhero RPG fan since the '80s and love to see where others have gotten their start, particularly folks like comic book artists and writers. As a fan of the comic, I chipped into the Invincible RPG as soon as it popped up. So far I really dig what I...

Where’s The Death Race 2000 Roleplaying Game? Part Two

A few other systems that may lend itself well to this may be: Fate: Give the car a few aspects... maybe Torque, Armament, and Chassis... build your driver/gunner/mechanic/etc. and go. Using environments to tag could be a good time and give it that cinematic feel. Year Zero: This would require...

Where’s The Death Race 2000 Roleplaying Game? Part One

I love Car Wars and GURPS Autoduel. I ran a fun mini-campaign in the latter and had a blast. One of the important things to remember about campaigns that revolve around vehicles and racing is to also remember the folks in the vehicles. Give them things to do inside and outside the car. If you're...
