The cloak of protection is deflection bonus. The ring of protection is also a deflection bonus, I believe, which is why they don't go together. Although I think the cloak of protection technically doesn't exist in the 3.5 magic item world, but we only use those as "go-by's".

Okay, going with the theory that you can use arcane fist as often as you have your stunning attempts in day... then you should be able to use it twice in a round with rapid stunning, right? After all, it lets you use an additional stunning attempt (or special attack) in a given round.
