I'm going to assume you are talking about the champion's maneuver abilities. Per page 73 in the PH a maneuver save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice.)
The flavor text about where you got your power from seems to point towards the weapon being changeable so I would let warlocks in my game change their weapon.
