1.5X damage for 2 handed weapons

Does it round down? ie, Str 20 = +5 damage, does that become +7? 2 handed or do fractions start coming into play?

Always round down unless the text says otherwise. Str 20 gives +5 damage normally, or +7 two-handed.

Which makes getting that extra +2 Str quite worthwhile... your damage would go from +5/+7 to +6/+9

I house ruled that STR21 would give you +5/+8 since (21/2-5)*1.5 = 8.25 rounded down 8. But this is not an official rule.
