It looks like it's too early to find any information as to the boxed set coming out in the US. The information on the british release just broke a few days ago. But like you said, I also figured there had to be some kind of superdeluxe boxed set coming out for the matrix movies. After all there isn't even a bare bones boxed set out.

It's possible that we might get a somewhat different boxed set, but I believe the boxed set is getting released by Warner Bro. So I can't imagine that they would just junk the work done for this boxed set and start over from scratch for the US market. If it were a limited release from say Criterion or Anchor Bay, that might make for a different situation, but it isn't.
