Well, this is a cut out from a much larget book-ish thing, and It doesn't say it, but it's requirements as a PrC are able to be met at a very minimum of level 3.
Do you think it's too strong though, especially the bonus feats? I am working with bonus feats every other level, since I took away from the list that fighter's get, and limited weapon specialization...
And maybe I should limit the charged shot to within 30 feet? What's the opinion on that? It can be used with melee weapons without restriction, it's just VERY difficult to keep an opinion within your reach for more than one round.
Basically, any other advice? It's good to know the first reply wasn't some kind of flame... very good. It at least means I'm not in the extreme.
