1000 Horrible Mutations

I've heard from a parter in crime of ours that you've compiled a list of over 800 chaotic effects, with more added every day. So first, do you have plans to post it? And second, I come bearing an option or three:
Delicious: Creatures find the affected character delicious. After making a bite attack against the character, a creature gains a +2 morale bonus to all attack rolls made against it.
Rigidity (blatantly ripped from the BOVD) Each day, the character gains one point of natural armor class. However, he also loses one point of Dexterity. Only a wish or similar magic can remove the affliction.
Touch of True Chaos: Character gains the lesser pseudonatural template from Tome and Blood

Scholar: When the character sees a book, (s)he must make a will save or sit down and read it, no matter what else they were doing at the time.
Pyro: Whenever the character sees a flammable object, they must make a will save or set it on fire, no matter what else they were doing at the time.
Tinkerer: Whenever the character enters a city, they must make a will save or immediately seek a workshop where they can tinker with various dangerous materials.
Book Worm: the character can only eat paper (or whatever material you have your books made out of) products.
Bardish: Whenever the character enters a city, they must make a will save or seek out the nearest performance center (no matter what it actually is), and recite their latest compositions.
Sword Swallower: the character can only eat metal items. Their anatomy changes so that this act doesn't kill them.
Magic junky: the character is addicted to magic. They must make a will save each day or pester the nearest magic user into casting a spell on them.
Nagaform: the character's arms fall off, and their legs transform into a long snakelike tail.
Animal Form: the character gains the ability to change between their original form and an animal form.
Hybrid form: the character gains the ability to change into a hybrid form. This doesn't have to be the same sort of form as the character's Animal form.
That's about all I can think of right now...
 

64) Pineal Eye: Character has a third eye on their forehead.
64a) Eye color matches the other 2.
64b) Eye color completely different from the other 2.
In most societies, this mutation will be seen as deformity; in others, as a sign of spiritual enlightenment.

65) Cyclopes: Both the character's eyes have fused into one massive eyeball, set in a single large socket. Due to the lack of depth perception, the character suffers a -4 penalty to Search and Spot checks, an a -4 penalty on all attacks with ranged weapons beyond 5 feet.

66) Jelly-Bones: Charater's bones are more cartillagenous than normal, giving a +4 bonus on Escape Artist checks, but a -2 penalty on all social-related checks (Diplomacy comes immediately to mind) made with more solid-boned races.

67) Extra Digital Joint: All the character's fingers and toes have 1 extra joint, making them excessively long. This can make acquiring comfortable gloves and footwear difficult. However, the extra nimbleness grants a +2 bonus to Pick Pockets and Disable Device checks.

68) Third Nipple: Character has a third nipple.
68a) 3rd nipple is centered between the 2 normal one.
68b) 3rd nipple is off to one side (such as a few inches directly below the right 'normal' nipple)

69) True Hermaphrodite: Character has fully-functioning male and female reporductive organs.
