From time to time, I see some great "Number Lists" pop up on this board - lists with numbered ideas, jokes, or anything else revolving around a certain theme. Examples of these are:
1001 Cool Combat Locations
1001 worst character types
These are just the first two I found - there must be dozens more out there.
And I thought to myself: It's a shame that these threads just vanish into the archives. Many of them are full of great ideas or are just plain funny.
So I've decided to create a place for them over at the RPGNet Wiki - you can find the page for the category here. So far, there are the beginnings of three lists up there, and I'd like to add more - but I need your help for it.
First of all, I need people who can find these threads and post links to them here. Going back through the archives to find them is lots of work, and I can't do it alone.
Secondly, I need help putting the lists themselves up there, which is also lots of tedious work. I'll try to put some more stuff over the weekend, but there are a lot of lists with many many lines, and again, I can't do it alone.
But I think it would be worth the work - a compendium of all sorts of such lists, preserved for the Ages!
(Incidentally, if you are willing to add such lists to the Wiki, make sure to add a link to the originating thread at the start of the list - this way, people can find these threads and add both to the thread and the list by themselves...)
