9) Gessal's Pilgrimage to Pelor's Reach
This small, low level pilgrimage is a pilgrimage from a frontier town. They are usually a struggling motley band ranging from 20 to 70 individuals depending on the season. Several times in the past these pilgrimages have been wiped out, but faith is a funny thing. Dakin's trail is a somewhat safe path, but there are some hazards ranging from wolves, stirges, orcs, and goblins. They are led by an old man who is a 4th level expert that wears leather armor and a ring of expeditious retreat usable three times per day.
Pelor's Reach? They make holy water vials in the shape of sling stones... And Pelor's relic can imbue PC's with a one single use 1st level spell. If it's there, if it is welded by a believer of Pelor, and if they are open... that is.
