Inventor of Super-Toast
Everyone knows that remakes are pretty hot in Hollywood. The only problem is that they keep remaking good movies into less memorable versions. So what movies that nobody misses would make good remake-fodder?
Here are some possibilities:
1) The Amazing Colossal Man. A military officer, accidently irradiated in an atomic bomb test, begins to grow to giant size. Can the doctors do anything for him? Will he stay sane?
2) The Wild, Wild World of Batwoman (aka She Was A Hippie Vampire). It's only a matter of time before the superhero craze comes here. Batwoman, a masked vigilante only armed with her wits and a bevy of beautiful Batgirls, must stop the evil Professor Neon and his master Rat Fink from stealing the Atomic Powered "Hearing Aid", a powerful device that allows its user to tap into communicatios around the globe.
3) Manos, the Hands of Fate. C'mon, although this has a good claim to the worst movie of all time, with a good script and good acting could be decent. A family, stranded in the desert, find a strage motel run by the misshapen, not-quite-human Torgo. They slowly find themselves drawn into a web of mystery and madness, as they find that Torgo serves the alien Master, who keeps a bevy of attractive female cultists to serve his vile whims. Can they escape before the Master awakens and destroiys them?
Any more suggestions/Hollywoodifications?
