I was attempting to find the missing PDF for Monster Slayers: Champions of the Elements.

Looks like the Drow Rogue has a mistake. It says,

"When you take the Attack action with a rapier in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a shortsword in the other hand."

You cannot use a rapier with two weapon fighting unless you have the feat. Rapiers are finesse weapons, but not light weapons.

From the D&D Basic rules (page 74):

When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you’re holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you’re holding in the other hand.

Am I missing something?

Allows him to fit in any campaign world; probably Talos, I guess?

I kind of dig these kinds of 'stat block' character sheets. I think quality pregens are a good thing to help introduce folks to the game. The character sheet can be pretty daunting. Even if these are intended as NPCs I think they'd be great to handout to new folks. Although you'd eventually want to have them learn the character sheet. But initially, or for a quick last minute game, these would be great.

They probably haven't been there very long at all. I'm guessing they were specifically uploaded for the Dragon+ article.
