This is really funny but I can't think of anything that the admins wouldn't slap me for. If you want hilarity to ensue, you should post this over on RPGnet.
I know you said 'humorous,' but I'd actually take some of these for certain characters. 
Pimp
You know how to work your stable for maximum profit.
Benefit: +2 to Appraise and Intimidate checks.
Breakdancer
You have fresh steps and fly moves.
Benefit: +2 to Perform (dance) and Tumble checks.
Ladies' Man
Spot 'em and move in for the kill: that's you in the tavern.
Benefit: +2 to Bluff and Spot checks.
Sneak Out in the Morning
You've had a few Coyote Ugly experiences.
Benefit: +2 to Escape Artist and Move Silently checks.
Nerdy Scout
You were in the Scouts when you were a kid, but you actually learned the nerdy stuff while everybody else was smoking pot.

Sure as the north star, you never seem to lose your way.

(That one is inspired by the old "scare the crap out of people by sneaking up on them" games my siblings and I used to play as kids.)
