I played a game with a amphisbaena in it. The two heads fought over which one got to eat the downed PC, giving us a moment to save him. It felt a little "cheap", but as the DM explained, it made sense, as with a head on both ends, the mouth that does not eat it is going to have to poop it out...

There should really be a mini for a two headed troll. They've got a bunch of ettins over the years. Oh they do. Reaper metal. Actually...I might even HAVE this one somewhere unpainted. It looks familiar.

There's a few other answers from an older thread here: Two headed creatures in Myth, Legend, and D&D Mostly older D&D stuff you'd need to convert and mythology stuff.
Cool. Will check it out!
I am planning a mini con for 8 friends and the shocking conclusion is that a good priest on an island seminary saw the symbol of Demogorgon.

all abyss breaks loose. Finally at the final encounters all filled with two headed madness will the heroes see what led to the corruption!

What about that undead skeleton with 3 heads?

I also seem to remember 2-headed snakes.

I would like to see 2-headed dragons, or even dracoliches.
