Heya Hitman187!
Here's your answer:
Wildshape is tagged as a supernatural power, and supernatural powers are defined as magic. The one situation in which you can Enlarge Person and have it affect a wildshaped target is when the target has not had their size magically increased already (such as a medium druid wildshaping into a medium or smaller target). I included the Growth domain even though that wasn't your direct question because it uses the same mechanic, and thought it might answer two questions at once. Good luck!

Wow, I was away from home for a couple of days and couldn't respond. I actually wasn't asking if I could use the Growth domain's power in wildshape (but that is something I should figure out for sure), but when I did enlarge myself (if possible I guess) while already for example in the shape of, for example, a huge plant would the Stats changes I get for becoming a huge plant get changed now being a different size or not.
Here's your answer:
Growth Domain said:Replacement Power: The following granted power replaces the wooden fist power of the Plant domain.
Enlarge (Su): As a swift action you can enlarge yourself for 1 round, as if you were the target of the enlarge person spell. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.
Enlarge Person said:...Multiple magical effects that increase size do not stack.
