When a druid shape changes into an animal, does he get the attacks of the animal (such as claw, claw, bite but without the imp. grab, trip, etc) and does he use his BAB with str bonus as his attack? And if so, I am assuming he does not get the mutlitattack feat and thus would have a -5 on his secondary attack...

Also, if someone scribes a scroll, can he do more than 1 scroll a day? I believe it says in Scribe scroll (at work so don't have time to fetch SRD text) that it takes a day per 1000gp in the price. Does this mean that 1 scroll even if it costs 50gp (hypothetical number) is the limit for that day or can you combine multiple scrolls to get up to the 1000gp number.

Hope these questions makes sense and thanks.

He does get the animal attack, with his own BAB and the new (animal's) Str bonus. He only gets the multiattack feat if he already had the multiattack feat.

A magic item takes a minimum of a day to make, and you can only make one per day. You can, though, put multiple spells on one scroll.

As mentioned, he gets the attack routine (claw, claw, bite) using his own BAB and the new animal's str. He does also get the EX attacks, like imp grab, trip, etc. No multiattack feat...but it's a good one for a Druid to take.

Or if multiattack happens to be a racial bonus feat of the animal (though I can't think of one off hand). He also gets any other racial bonus feats and to that end, check out the errata which changed a number of animals (albeit weak animals) to have weapon finesse as a racial bonus feat.

That said, it can be argued that a feat is a special ability. If so, then a non-magical combat-related feat is a extraordinary special attack and is granted by polymorph (and thus wildshape). Unfortunately, Feat is not in the glossary and is not explicitly called a special ability.

Good point. I remember that animals get few racial feats, though.

A quick poke through the SRD on dinosaurs shows nothing, but dire animals shows:

dire badger: track
dire rat: weapon finesse
dire weasel: weapon finesse
dire wolf: track
dire wolverine: track

The similar animals have the same bonus feats I think. There might be some new Dire animals in other sources, though, like Sandstorm. They might have some racial feats, but I imagine they're limited to track and weapon finesse. :)
