2 weapon fighting

There is a feat that allows you to fight with two medium weapons. Anyone know it's name and the book it's located in?

You don't need any feats at all to fight with two one-handed weapons.

But if you want a feat that lets you take penalties as though a one-handed off-hand weapon were light, it's Oversized Two-Weapon Fighting, in Complete Adventurer.
