[QUOTE="Traveon Wyvernspur, post: 5763954, member: 73201"] Actually the party had gotten a deck of many things and in the deck the Rogue picked a card that gave him a "secret enemy" which included party members. The Warlord wasn't really that friendly with the rogue to begin with and I told the Warlord as an aside that the Rogue was doing things underhandedly and that he was now upset with him and would try to kill him if given a chance. I had also dominated the Rogue in the fight to hit the Warlord a few times. This pissed off the Warlord even more because of his animosity towards the Rogue. So when I dominated the Warlord he took his opportunity to unload everything that he had on the Rogue under the guise that he was dominated to do so, but in reality he was trying to off the Rogue by using powers other than At-Wills. It just took the little bit of coaxing on the part of "domination" to bring out the mean streak in the Warlord and have the Deck of Many things card come to fruition at the same time. I felt it was an appropriate usage of the card and role-playing within the group. The characters didn't get along in the game that well anyhow even if the players did like each other, it was a pretty fun session and there wasn't any real threat of a TPK because of how powerful the characters were.
