With a little work, the wizard can make the now illuminated scrap paper even more delightful for children by making it stick to things when great tenacity, including people and clothing (and hair!) After a small talk with the town council, most wizards also imbue it with the ability to unstick as well. These items serve as perfect initiators for starting up a frog of power, as a child can have many 'unique' ones.
