21st level cleric, should i take epic spellcasting?

See above........all the epic spells im looking at are crazily expensive and difficult to cast........

First, ask your DM how he/she is going to run Epic Spellcasting. There are some good alternate rules floating about the net that use the same basic system (seeds and difficulty factors) altered to be a little more playable and a little less abusive.

If it's by the book, then I wouldn't bother. Too much of a hassle.
