The French Arm is the most heavily-settled and best-developed segment of humanity’s extra-solar expansion, thanks to the efforts of the ESA member nations.
In 2295, a research station studying the red giant star Arcturus made contact with an unknown starfaring species. Attempts to communicate were fruitless, and the alien flotilla departed the system after a few days.
One year later they returned.
Invasion is a complete campaign covering the war against the alien Kaefers. The Travellers are swept up in this conflict, and find themselves becoming heroes.
Part II of Invasion contains all of the adventures that make up this epic campaign – a total of 5 key adventures and 12 ‘interludes’ that can be inserted throughout the Traveller’s explorations and battles, as well as many hidden bases and secret places for them to discover.
The Travellers will begin an ordinary life on their farming colony but galactic events will soon overtake them. Gaining control of a stutterwarp-capable combat lander, they will travel across the French Arm, doing their best to halt the Kaefer assault, help those in desperate need – and become symbols of resistance across all colony worlds.
