My prediction is that

Jack dies, even though many correctly think that this would destroy what little interest we would have in the next season

Well Jack finally broke down adn I think not dropping the axe on anyone is a good departure from the first two seasons.

Well, I can see Tony and Chase having reduced roles, but I seriously wonder about Michelle, seeing how phenomenal Reiko Aylesworth was this season. I can't really see them not using her more. I mean, her name's been all over the place in the entertainment world.

That alone could spell her doom.
