Well... there you go.

Remember a few weeks back when I said that one of the most ridiculous things about 24 is having siblings and lovers work in the same counter-terrorist agency ?

Tony's treason is the perfect example of why. I really liked that episode, but it's stretching my disbeleif really thin.

Sherry's back-stabb made me giggle. At least her character is coherent with her past moves. Nice twist.

Not much from me tonight. As an episode it was ok, but not thrilling. Most of the suspense came from wondering just how far Tony would go.

If it had been me, well, of course who knows? But I LIKE to think that if it had been me I would have immediately told Jack the whole story, gone home, and waited and hoped that my very competent wife and very competent team could figure something out.

Turn off the Cell Phone, Tony!

LOL ! I beat your thread by ONE MINUTE ! Sorry !

As for Tony... I have NO idea. This show has a way to redeem bad moves and punish good moves... I gave up guessing what comes up next.

I know that in his mind he's over. He is basically sacrificing himself to save Michelle. Awwwwww...

Humdinger of a blah episode. Having seen the preview for the next ep, I hope maybe after the presidential candidate has a talk with Palmer about what Sherry told him, one or the other will tell the press and we can hopefully finally end that whole storyline. Next!

I'm hoping that if Tony and Jack have to shoot it out, the daughter get's hit in the crossfire. It seems like the most obvious 'twist'.

CTU obviously needs a single door, a one way in and one way out situation. They can't seem to handle their own security, (though for those who watch Alias as well, apparently next week the CIA headquarters is also infiltrated and blown up).

One thing that I do like about this season is how several episodes tend to focus on a single character for that hour. Last night was Tony's episode, two episodes back it was Ryan Chapelle's, four episodes back it was Michelle.

Here I am! And here I go:

Stupid, stupid, stupid! Previous posters have already pointed out generally what I was going to say (like the 'turn of the cell phone' comment, and the horrid security), but here is what really irked me:

1) :):):):) Michelle. She's a goner, and it comes with the territory.
2) :):):):) Saunders' kid. Saunders seems pretty damn uppity for someone who's kid is in custody with CTU and Jack. If Saunders tries one more lame trick - take the kid out and keep up with the normal tracking-of-Saunders duties.
3) Consider getting new security and competent staff.

I shall watch next week's episode without fail.

While it was nice to see Tony pull a "Jack Bauer" and escape CTU, and thus justify his know-how, I couldn't help but feel underwhelmed by this episode. At this point I'm really hoping that Michelle gets put in charge of a part of CTU.

And wow, I sooo couldn't care about Sherri Palmer, seriously. I really just have no care as to what happens in that part of the storyline. The only thing I'll be upset about is if Prezzy Palmer isn't on the show any more, I like him.

Compared to the last two episodes, last night's was a little on the boring side.

It was good to see Kim accomplish something without putting herself in danger, though. First she managed to help capture Saunder's daughter, and then she managed to help Jack find out about Tony's deception. I guess the days of being attacked by mountain lions and getting held hostage by panicky guys in gas stations are over for her. ;)

Only 3 hours left of this season. Personally, I'd like to see Saunders die by being exposed to his own virus and dying a slow, painful death. Let the punishment fit the crime.

Quite honestly, at this point, i'm hoping for Palmer's campaign to implode and for him to lose the election already just so we won't have to sit through another pointless subplot next season. I liked him alot in the first season, and at least his subplot in the second season was moderately interesting, but this season? Ugh...
