27,900 Gen Con attendees this year

I think I heard that there were less 4-day badges and more 1-days issued. Which makes sense in a down economy. To me, the days in the convention center still felt like GenCon, but at night in the city it just felt like Indianapolis.

I know a lot of people speculated that this was the case, but I never heard anything from anyone who would really know...

I know there was one less Rouse attending this year. To think I could have been # 27,901

It is good news, it would be interesting to see the numbers broke down by days, to see if there was a drop on Thursday and a pick up on Saturday.
