Free quickstart rules now available ahead of kickstarter:

Hmm the The Krewlod Frontier looks like a nice starter adventure, I'm not familiar with how the 2D20 rules play, but I do like the focus on Strategic Goals and how theyve managed to integrate Unit and Solo Adventure play together without getting complex. The Prep-Exploration-Adventure-Tavern-Battle Phases give a nice formalised structure to game play

Will need to dig into the quickstarter to get good feel of it, though helps ive used the 2d20 system before.
Interestingly I kept getting tripped up and confusing the setting with the setting from the Warlords setting (where is the Sirian and Orcs of Kor flags?) But on plus side i think the rules would work well for both settings.

The one major element is that catches people is, "if it's not visible in framing the scene, the GM needs to use Threat to add it during the scene."

Aside from that and the heavy use of metacurrency, the 2d20 system is pretty good. (My next campaign is going to be 2d20 Fallout; my last successful one was Star Trek Adventures.)

Note that each 2d20 game is customized to the setting. It's not like Palladium or BRP where you can easily mix-n-match characters and gear.

It's sort of weird that they're basing the RPG on the strategy game Heroes of Might & Magic and not on the actual CRPG series Might & Magic. I'm guessing Heroes has better name recognition or something?
The "Heroes of Might & Magic" series was significantly more popular than the Might & Magic CRPG.

But if the M&M CRPG was also set in Enroth, they can certainly pull from it also. I never played the CRPG . . .
