AD&D 2E 2e: Monster Mythology missing pages?

Does anyone know if there were misprints of Monster Mythology? I just got a copy from eBay and pages 33-48 are missing, instead there's a repeat of pages 17-32. Is this something common, or did I just get an unlucky screw up?

I heard that before. It's probably not common though.
