2E monsters that haven’t been converted

The problem is that a lot of the monsters from those boxed sets and adventures tend to wind up in Annuals or someplace like that.

That said, what about the Visitant (I think that was its name, but I could be wrong) from Van Richten's Monster Hunter's Compendium vol. II?

and it's fine if they were in the annuals - then we have them covered already.

and ravenloft, i'm not worried about as long as S&SS keeps publishing that line.

To help you understand what I mean, ones that I would like to see include creatures that were not featured in:

Monstrous Compendiums or Annuals
Any specific Campaign Setting product (Planescape, Ravenloft, Dark Sun, etc)…

Ah, nuts. I just compiled a list of Planescape monsters including 3E source if I knew of one, but you don't need that.

Hey, does anyone have a complete list of all 2E monsters that have been converted to 3E ? Specifically, I'd like to know whether weird monsters such as the krackadoon, h'rak'va or wavefire for example exist anywhere in 3E format.

I just did a quick edit of my list to remove all the monsters I had 3E stats for. It's certain that some of the remaining ones have already been converted somewhere. Heck, I probably missed a couple from the MM or some obvious place - I'm no monster expert.

I hope you can find a couple of additions for your list in there. I'm afraid I don't have a 2E source to add, but most of those are going to be in MC appendix or the planescape boxed sets...

Were the Nehwon Ghouls ever converted? I only ran into them from first ed Deities and Demigods, but I am sure they popped up in some Lankhmar products from later on.....
