2nd Edition Spell Glode Of Invulnerability

Hallo Again!

I have another small question!

the spell Glode Of Invulnerability in the Wizard Combedium says:
the magical sphere around the caster that prevents any 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th level effect from penetrating.

this mean that any spell from 4th and down can not penetrate the sphere OR i choose one (example only the 1st lvl spells)?

It prevents all spells of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th levels from penetrating. The 3e version does the same.

No, that's minor globe. It blocks up to 3rd level.
