D&D 3E/3.5 [3.0/3.5] Grapple Attempts while Unconscious

When in the Dying State or otherwise unconscious...

Your enemies get bonuses to regular attacks, but what about Grapple?

For the Initializing the Grapple aspect I'd imagine you'd get the +4 circumstance bonus.

I'd also imagine that the Grapple Check would get some benefit, but I can't discern any specific, beyond your Escape Artist checks sucking.

The unconscious creature would not get to make any grapple checks, just as you don't get to make any attacks, so the grappler would always succeed.
