[3.0] Shooting mutiple arrows

So, I am wondering, what are the various ways that a character can fire more than one arrow in a combat round? I know that once a Figter reaches 6th level or so he can, but is there any way before that? I am just trying to make sure that I am running things correctly. It's been awhile since I had a player who took great efforts to make sure he can do that.

The Rapid Shot feat allows an additional attack with a ranged weapon.

Rapid shoot is the easiest. Haste will also allow it to happen.

It's not just a Fighter reaching 6th level - it's any character reaching a BAB of +6.

Yes, I realize that. I said Fighter because it is the first class to reach that level, as it gains BAB on each level.
