D&D 3E/3.5 (3.5) Character Questions

First Post
So I want to make an evil aligned character, who goes around making binding evil contracts. This will probably be at level 15. but may need to be at earlier levels as well. So I have some questions on how to go about this.

(1) - My character prefers to make parchment style contracts over verbal. So the first question is how would one go about making an enchanted contract that would bind another character to it. Example: They sign the contract and are now compelled to do whatever my character says.

(2) - SInce I am going with a sort of "Dark Dealer", are there any prestige classes that anyone could suggest for my character?

(3) - Would it be at all possible to convince a demon to sign my contract and abide by it? Since they are often conniving and deceitful I am not sure a contract would stick.

(4) - Any suggestions on how to get this character to work really well? (I.e. Suggested Spells, feats, skills, etc...?)

Thanks in advance.

There's special scrolls for creating binding contracts in either the Libris Mortis or Book of Vile Darkness. I think you create them with Create Wondrous Item and a spell like Bestow Curse, Geas, or Lesser Geas. One of those.

That would be awesome. Would either of the Geas or a curse actually force another to do as a contract says? Because I think for Geas you can choose whether or not to do what they say and just get hurt if you don't. As far as bestow curse goes... I am not sure if it would actually make them do what was in the contract either.

There is a prestige class for Fiends called Fiend of Corruption that pretty much just goes around giving favors that have a "withdrawal" like effect, similar to a drug. You then make them pay for further favors, increasing the cost each time. The final class ability is that you can barter for someones soul and put it into a soul gem.

One prestige class to look into is The Soulbroker of Hiddukel from Dragonlance: Holy Orders of the Stars. Basically it's a prestige class focusing on making magical pacts and contracts in order to gain power.

The item I was referring to is the Contract of Nepthas from the Complete Arcane, page 149. If you break the contract, you are rendered blind, deaf, and mute.

So how would you suggest tricking people into signing the contract?

I can't or don't want to use suggestion, charm or dominate to force them to sign it. I was thinking of some invisible wording if there is a spell that does that. Or just "charisma" my way through it may work as well.

Basically, what are some creative ways you would get like a King or a demon to sign your contract, even though there are some "mean" clauses that only help you?

Force is so much easier, I wonder why you bother.

Just make an optimized character (ideally a caster) and take whatever you want by force, and if you want someone do what you want capture and dominate them.
