D&D 3E/3.5 (3.5) Character Questions

So how would you suggest tricking people into signing the contract?

I can't or don't want to use suggestion, charm or dominate to force them to sign it. I was thinking of some invisible wording if there is a spell that does that. Or just "charisma" my way through it may work as well.

Basically, what are some creative ways you would get like a King or a demon to sign your contract, even though there are some "mean" clauses that only help you?

Force is so much easier, I wonder why you bother.

Just make an optimized character (ideally a caster) and take whatever you want by force, and if you want someone do what you want capture and dominate them.

I do enjoy sheer domination of other characters, but I enjoy outsmarting others more. I just love imagining a king's reaction when he realizes that he just signed over an entire kingdom (or something smaller) to me, because I said I would help find and return his kidnapped son; who I just happened to have had secretly kidnapped earlier.

Basically I find the most enjoyment in flavor. Like instead of just playing a rogue, I would probably play a "master" poison maker rogue.
