Technically true, "one action" is not the correct wording to use. It's still just one (very evil) aspect of the character, and we don't really know anything about the rest of their backstory or the way they'll be played in the campaign

Yeah, but also, ask yourself: How many times do you get to deceitfully enslave people to do violence for you before the fact that you're shady is unavoidable?

One is probably about right. If you don't recognize that one as wrong, there's a problem.

We note that we don't know the rest of the character backstory that might mitigate this - fine, we can ask, what kind of acts would need to have happened to mitigate deceit into violent slavery?
