Hi folks!
Since the method by which cohorts gain experience has changed in D&D3.5 from getting half a share of xp to getting a proportion of their fearless leader's xp, what happens if they decide to multiclass to a non-favoured class? Is the 10% xp penalty applied to the proportion?
Alternately, if the fearless leader decides to multiclass to a non-favoured class, and cops the 10% penalty, is that applied to the faithful cohort's proportion of xp even if they are single-classed?
