I would like build suggestions for a 3.5 dual wielding 3rd lvl fighter NPC, and a 3rd lvl rogue NPC, *not* dual wielding.
Both human. Any WOTC 3.5 book is fair game.
These NPCs will be fodder in a stronghold.
If you want to play about with builds you can use the NPC/monster generator I created at D&D 3.5 « Dingles Games (its frree to use) I'd select the Fighter/thief skill focus for the 2 weapon fighter, It will give him some dex. If you want to make them tougher set the Elite flag. The generator only uses the core rules though.
