Back on a forum, can't remember if it was here or elsewhere, I had asked a question about the spellsword prestige class.
I was told to wait for the 3.5 release as the Eldritch Knight would "fix" the spellsword class.
Do you think it did? I don't. All the Eldritch Knight class is a fighter who gets arcane spell progression. Why this prestige class when you could get this by alternating between fighter and wizard/sorcerer classes.
I would have thought that this class would get some bonuses to get by at least some protion of the arcane spell failure when wearing armor.
I am thinking of modifing this class so that at levels 4 and 8 they get a bonus like this.
What do you think?
