It's actually Greg Bilsand that ended up working on it. Post 53 he mentions 6 books they were going to get up. I think they did. Don't know where they are.
No, they only got the first three. IIRC, MIC errata came out 1/7/08, and was the last update we had. We never saw the mythical CChamp, CMage, CPsi, or ToB errata. The fact that errata has been removed just adds insult to injury.
It makes me very sad to think that all of this errata that we were promissed before 4e was even announced (and about a year and a half before it was released) will now be canceled because of focus on 4e. It means that either a) they lied when they said how close the errata was to being ready, or b) the errata is pretty much done, but may never be released because of WotC internal bureaucratic holdups.
I said from (close to) the beginning that my biggest concern with 4e was aftermarket support. When you add the failure to release the GSL and the failure of internet support (DDI, Gleemax) to the failure to deliver errata, it really makes it looks like WotC just doesn't consider support to be a serious consideration.
