D&D 3.x 3.5 Eyebite?

OK,

Next session I'm using the revised eyebite for the first time. The spell's effect depends on the target's HD, so:

10 or more HD - Sickened
5–9 HD - Panicked, sickened
4 or less HD - Comatose, panicked, sickened

It's the next line in the SRD that has me confused: "The effects are cumulative and concurrent."

Cumulative? Does this mean if I zap a 10th-level fighter on round 1, rendering her sickened, I can then target her again the next round, and possibly panic her also?

No. They mean that if you're 5 HD and you're panicked and sickened, you flee in panic, but can't do much because you're also sickened.
