3.5 Help

Is there a complete list of differences between 3rd edition and 3.5 edition D&D and changes made in 3.5 edition? I am thinking about starting a campaign for some friends, and I have access both sets of core rulebooks, and I want to see which rules system I like better.

Any help would be appriciated

The best way would probably be to read both sets, finding differences as you read them, but that's not always an option for everyone.
