3.5 is now out in Florida

I walked into a shop in the Tampa Bay area (Clearwater to be exact) and had in my hands a 3.5 Monster Manual. This was a Game and Comic store.

They have two shops and they have almost sold out of all thier stock. They started selling the books on Thursday.

The shop in question in is Emerald City.

Went on sale yesterday here in Tennessee. In fact, we "adopted" 3.5 rules tonight IMC. It was a bit clunky, but so far so good. Most of the probs were in converting characters ie skills & such. We did have to "go to the books" more often than usual, but that will soon pass after more sessions.

If I can ask, where in TN have you found it? I've called around and I can't find it, and the distributor won't release it until Friday....

Actually, I'm kind of excited now because there's so much evidence that the books are starting to show up that I should be able to convince my distributor to release the books on Monday. There's no way that WotC has any way to enforce this so called street date anymore that short of them just being a-holes they're going to have to give in. If I can get that done then everyone will be happy and those who ordered will get their books that much sooner.

Also, thanks to those who sent me UPS tracking confirmation for the books. That will help tons!
